Handling of Misconduct
In cases of any violation of the Code of Conduct, conference organizers will take appropriate action, including but not limited to warnings, exclusion from the conference, withdrawal of speaking opportunities or presentations, etc. Additionally, conference organizers reserve the right to report misconduct to relevant agencies or organizations.Complaints and Appeals
If any participant believes that their rights have been violated or witnesses others violating the Code of Conduct, they can file a complaint or appeal with the conference organizers. Conference organizers will investigate each complaint or appeal seriously and take appropriate measures.Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations
All participants should comply with the laws and regulations of the conference host country, including but not limited to visa requirements, public behavior guidelines, etc.
